Literature Text
he loved you to the moon and back
but I loved you past Saturn,
swiftly missing the arrows of Orion
and cupping my hands into
the heart of the Milky Way,
running back down the stairway of heaven
with palms full of diamonds and fireflies.
if his love was the light of the moon,
then my love was the glare of the entire galaxy.
but I loved you past Saturn,
swiftly missing the arrows of Orion
and cupping my hands into
the heart of the Milky Way,
running back down the stairway of heaven
with palms full of diamonds and fireflies.
if his love was the light of the moon,
then my love was the glare of the entire galaxy.

How the Planets Say Goodbye
I would still love you then.
When the inked sky
fades into the stars
because we stared at them
too long,
when the pages of our beloved books
turn brown
from age and borrowing hands,
when the trees grow taller
and their leaves
fall off
like decembers
spent in
may.
I would still love you then,
but not the way I did before.
Literature
there are galaxies in your eyes
There's a universe
inside of you-
it's been there quite a while,
and I only hope
you see the constellations
that scintillate in your smile
and I've heard
there's billions of galaxies
scattered in the sky,
but I swear
at least half of them
are resting in your eyes.
Literature
Write Me
counting the dust in the sunlight;
and dew drops on fallen leaves,
embrace the mist from waterfalls;
come name the stars with me.
forge your worries on sea shells;
go toss them near and far,
close the times of misses;
and dream for dreams that are.

I love this poem... that's all I'm going to say 'cause I can't find anything else to describe it.
